The key dates :
| 1948 | Creation of the Firm of Advising Lawyers by Jean RAYNAUD, former Tax Inspector. |
| 1970 | Jean-Pierre RAYNAUD, his son, creates his Firm of advising lawyers in business law. |
| 1973 | Jean and Jean-Pierre RAYNAUD enter into a partnership (“SCP”) of advising lawyers. |
| 1990 | The Law of 31 December 1990 merges the professions of advising lawyers and Barristers. |
| 1992 | Dominique FALANDRY, a barrister who had been practising since 1979, specialising in Property Law and Persons, merges his firm into the partnership. Eric DONNADIEU, barrister, practising since 1990, joins the firm as an associate, before becoming a partner in 1993. |
| 1994 | Mourad BRIHI, barrister, practising since 1993, joins the firm as associate. |
| 1995 | Olivier REDON, barrister, practising since 1993, joins the firm as associate. |
| 2000 | Mourad BRIHI and Olivier REDON become partners. |
| 2002 | The firm joins the ALTA-JURIS INTERNATIONAL network. |
| 2003 | The firm obtains ISO 9001-2000 certification through BVQI. |
| 2005 | LA SCP est inscrite aux Barreaux de Perpignan, Paris et Montpellier.. |
| 2009 | Maître Jean Pierre RAYNAUD devient Président du Groupe ALTA JURIS INTERNATIONAL |
| 2010 | La SCP reçoit le trophée de la meilleure firme entrepreneuriale Niveau National. Maîtres Mireille CANABY et Stéphane CLARET intègrent le collège des associés. |
